Belgium-based software manufacturer Quadrature claims that its software – WinPro – covers all the needs of windows manufacturers, right from quotation to invoicing.

WinPro’s unique power stems from its integrated programming language, which lets the user specify, with the highest accuracy, specific rules for each window component.
Quadrature was founded in 1996 to develop and market WinPro and since then the product has established itself as the market leader in France and Belgium, where it is used by the major industry leaders, as well as by many other customers of all sizes, says a company spokesman.
WinPro is a software for window makers dealing in aluminium, PVC, wood, or steel and/or combination of material.  According to the spokesman, it has several strengths including:  customisable error checking; several price computation strategies; excellent profile-cut optimisation; sophisticated stock handling with automatic supplier order propositions; completely customisable printed outputs; easy-to-use interface for day-to-day use; customisable graphics; automatic cross-sections; production line planning;  highly flexible and powerful machine driving; order tracking; dynamic, customisable multi-lingual support; and an open, documented database.
WinPro’s modular design makes it suitable to all kind of factories – from the smallest to the largest. “Our customers make from five windows a week to 2,000 windows a day, be it in a single location or among multiple factories,” he adds.
WinPro also comes with a separate quotation software, which can be distributed to window resellers, and which implements the same strong error checking and price computation methods as the main software. WinPro is now being distributed successfully throughout Europe, and in selected countries around the world.
