UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that 58 per cent of the work has been completed on its 634-unit residential project, Creek Views I, located in Dubai Healthcare City.

A 19-storey development, Creek Views I comprises 396 studios, 218 one- and 20 two-bedroom units, as well as 33,341 sq ft of premium retail space.

With 100 per cent of both its structure and blockwork already completed and internal plastering work 99 per cent done with the tiling, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works in full swing, the development is likely to be ready for handover by the second quarter of 2021, says a top official.

“The rapid, yet high-quality development of these world-class residences reflects our commitment to timely project delivery and customer happiness – with our developments in Dubai Healthcare City seeing a remarkable investor response,” remarks the Chief Development Officer Mohamed Ragheb Hussein.

Overlooking Dubai Healthcare City, the Creek Views I boasts stunning panoramic views of the iconic Dubai Creek and the picturesque Downtown Dubai skyline. Built to offer modern luxury at its finest, it will feature an all-inclusive health club, comprising a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a steam room, as well as a serene outdoor yoga space, says Azizi.

It is one of the 46 projects –comprising over 10,000 units and more than 11,204,623 sq ft of built-up area – that Azizi Developments plans to hand over in 2021, it adds.

Among other developments, Azizi says 52 per cent of the work has been completed on its 245-unit Berton residential development in Al Furjan neighbourhood in Dubai.

Berton, which features 190 studios, 41 one- and 14 two-bedroom apartments as well as 16 luxurious penthouses, is also due to be ready by Q2.

Situated near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the new Expo 2020 Route metro line, Berton is well-connected to Dubai’s major points of interest.

On the project progress, Azizi says Berton’s structure has been fully completed, while the blockwork and internal plastering stand at 98 per cent and 90 per cent completion rate respectively.
