REFRIGERATION House Group, a specialist in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment, is focusing on building its strengths and product range, as it mulls plans to broaden its horizons.

The Saudi company is planning to set up a new duct factory in the near future and is also working towards diversification of its business into the fields of spa installation and water treatment.

As a trader, contractor and manufacturer of HVAC equipment and materials, the Al Khobar-headquartered company continues to introduce new products and target new markets. “The company is currently promoting commercial and industrial fans and air ventilation devices,” says Majed Al Khalaf, a spokesman for the company.

Refrigeration House Group, established in 1978, covers the requirements of the Saudi market through its offices and a showroom in Al Khobar, and branch offices in Riyadh and Jeddah.

According to Al Khalaf, business for the company has been good and continues to show positive growth. The company registers an annual turnover of $32 million.

To further enhance the quality of its products and assure clients of their performance, Refrigeration House recently set up a test chamber at its facility.

Refrigeration House Group, meanwhile, is currently engaged in a number of prominent projects in Saudi Arabia including the colleges of science and economics in Qassim for Ababtain Contracting; a food services building and the central library at Dammam University for Zahrani Contracting; an apartment and mosque, and a government building at the Royal Commission of Jubail (Al Kifah); and a veterinary laboratory in Qassim.
