ALARGAN Bahrain, a leading developer in the kingdom, has announced the launch of the commercial part of its Joyoun mixed-use commercial and residential project located in the Abu Quwa area of the kingdom.
Involving an investment of BD11 million ($28.3 million), Joyoun Al Qaryah extends over an area of 18,000 sq m and comprises a number of commercial spaces, well-known restaurants, pharmacies and a large hypermarket.
Launched in January 2011, the Joyoun project has a total area of 37,803 sq m. The residential component includes 82 townhouses with areas ranging from 160 sq m to 229 sq m.
Joyoun Al Qaryah is the third project of Alargan in Bahrain, after the Joyoun and Saar Gate projects, which achieved unparalleled success when they were launched in the Bahraini market, according to Alargan Bahrain director general Khalil Saleh.
