PROPERTY developer and masterplanner Rakeen has announced that structural work and block work of the Bab Al Bahr project are 100 per cent complete, with craftsmen already having started external plaster work.

Bab Al Bahr project, the centrepiece development of Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, remains firmly on schedule, said Rakeen, with the first wave of six residential buildings to be delivered within the year and various infrastructure facilities expected to be completed in time for the handover. Bab Al Bahr serves as a gateway to the fully-integrated island community Al Marjan Island. Upon completion, Bab Al Bahr will comprise 328 studio apartments, 420 one-bedroom apartments, 172 two-bedroom apartments and 72 three-bedroom apartments.
