Tebyan Real Estate Development has launched the first phase of its Dh2 billion ($544 million) Europa Greens project in Dubai.
A European-styled development, Europa Greens would consist of 40 residential buildings, with different heights, ranging from five to 18 floors, with the majority being ground-plus-five storey buildings, fully equipped with the finest amenities including a state-of-the-art gymnasium and a rooftop swimming pool.
The buildings comprise studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartment townhouses, and penthouses. The stylish Europa Boulevard offers retail space within the project and is dedicated mostly to European restaurants and cafes.
Tebyan Real Estate Development chairman Sheikh Adel Al Hussaini, stated: “Europa Greens is yet another proof of Tebyan’s determination to project its intense strategic planning and a unique vision, combined to create a new standard for real estate development in Dubai.”
Europa Greens would be located at Dubai’s International Media Production Zone (IMPZ), near Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai World Central (DWC).
The first phase is called Butterfly Greens, and phases two and three will be revealed in the course of the year.
