
Poullaides Construction Company (PCC) has been awarded a BD3.5 million ($9.28 million) contract to construct the AMA University campus in Salmabad, Bahrain.
Salah Kooheji Engineering has been named design consultant/supervisor and Davis Langdon is project manager/cost consultant.
The project will be built in four phases. The first phase includes a 13,600 sq m four-storey complex equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The “intelligent” building will feature data cabling and Internet facilities.
The complex will be complete by the end of 2007.
