
Tameer Holdings, a leading real estate developer in the region, has signed two significant deals that will help facilitate the completion of its Dh30 billion ($8.16 billion) AlSalam City project.
Following the recent launch of the Umm Al Quwain development, Tameer Holdings announced its deal with Singaporean company Surbana, for assistance on the master plan, city plan and urban design of the project. Tameer has also entered into agreements with Diyar Consultants, who will provide the architecture design for the villas and buildings in Phase one of AlSalam City.
Located on the Emirates Road, AlSalam City is an integrated residential and commercial area, consisting of a number of residential districts.
To be implemented in three phases, the project will have its first phase scheduled for completion within the next three years.
