Cuicina – the India-based kitchen accessories manufacturer which has successfully penetrated and progressively acquired a sizeable share of its domestic market – will now be launched on the UAE market at the Big 5 show this month.

The name is derived from the Italian word ‘Cucina’ which means kitchen. The company launched operations in 2000 to fill a gap in the quality kitchen accessories market in India, which was dominated by imported brands of mild steel chrome-plated baskets.

The plant boasts a 30,000 sq ft shop-floor area and a 100-plus trained and skilled technical team. The accessories are fabricated using the most apt methods and the latest machinery. The plant is equipped with a modern plating unit where the processes are carried out with the greatest care and responsibility towards the environment.
