Emaar Properties has unveiled Fairfield Tower, the fourth and last tower in Dubai Marina's Park Island development.

It sits within Dubai's new growth corridor, offering close proximity to Dubai Internet and Media Cities, the American University in Dubai, beachfront hotels, The Montgomerie, Dubai golf course and Emirates Golf Club.
The peninsula-shaped development consisting of four residential condominium towers offers modern one- and two-bedroom apartments of state-of-the-art finishing and technology.
