Apart from its extensive production facilities in the UAE, Alico has state-of-the-art production facilities in Egypt and a new 6,000 sq m factory in Kuwait.

Alico is no stranger to the Kuwait market: it has executed projects in the emirate for the last decade and in 2000 it formed Alico Kuwait as a company.
The new production plant in Al Shuaiba Industrial Area is due to become operational shortly. The plant will produce composite aluminium and stainless steel sheet cladding, stainless steel and glazed balustrades, windows and doors, in addition to all forms of curtain walling, including unitised as well as conventional glazed facades.
It has since firmly established itself as a market leader in Kuwait executing major prestigious projects such as Kuwait Airways’ headquarters, GIC Building, KPC buildings, Burgan Bank and many other landmarks.

Alico Egypt
Alico Egypt was formed in 2000 as a shareholding company with a capital of $16.8 million. The shareholders are Alico UAE and Orascom Construction Industries. The company employs more than 250 staff.
Its 12,000 sq m factory is located at Ain Sukhna over a total area of six hectares. The factory is equipped with the state-of-the-art technologies in the paint plant, insulated glass tempering and cutting line. The factory is capable of producing a wide range of quality products, ranging from doors and windows to curtain walling systems, to aluminium cladding and ceramic frits.
Since its establishment, Alico has amassed an impressive list of major projects in Egypt such as Nile City, Golden Pyramids, San Stefano, Children Cancer Hospital, Societe General Bank, Cairo Airport, etc.  The company is well positioned to cover the entire African market.
