Achieving a truly floor-level shower has traditionally been a tug-of-war between aesthetic ambition and technical constraints. Geberit’s new CleanLine30 settles the issue by combining a slim, designer profile with a 10 per cent increase in drainage performance. Whether it is the scratch-resistant PVD coating for high-traffic use or the clever tilt-mechanism comb insert for effortless maintenance, the CleanLine30 addresses the daily demands of the modern bathroom without sacrificing its elegant silhouette.
Made of high-quality stainless steel, Geberit CleanLine30 shower channel impresses with its slim design and well thought-out details. It is easy to clean and quick to install, and blends harmoniously into any bathroom environment – either flush with the wall or free-standing, according to Geberit.
“The modern shower has long been more than just a place for cleansing – it is a statement of style and individuality,” says Louise Pitt, Head of Marketing and Communication (Gulf Office) at Geberit International Sales in Dubai. “Showers with floor-level shower channels are particularly popular as they create seamless transitions, lend the bathroom a feeling of spaciousness and ensure barrier-free comfort.”
The trend toward floor-level showers has transformed bathroom architecture, but the success of these open-plan designs relies on high-performance drainage. The new Geberit CleanLine30 shower channel meets this demand, offering a sleek, stainless steel solution that sits flush with the floor.
It combines modern design and maximum suitability for everyday use – and all this at an excellent price-performance ratio, she remarks.
Sleek, functional design
With a width of only 43 mm and four lengths – 90, 110, 130 and 160 cm – the Geberit CleanLine30 shower channel adapts to any installation situation. It is available in brushed stainless steel or in black.
The smooth cover profile above the drain prevents deposits, while the integrated comb insert reliably protects the drain from hair and dirt. Thanks to its tilt mechanism, it can be easily removed and cleaned with a simple fingertip. The black version features a scratch-resistant PVD and anti-fingerprint coating, and the flow-optimised inlet funnel improves drainage performance by 10 per cent compared to the previous CleanLine20 model – for efficient and clean drainage.
Quick and easy to install
The Geberit CleanLine30 can be installed either flush with the wall or free-standing, and while available in four lengths, it can also be shortened to suit individual requirements. Two siphon variants – 50 mm for new buildings and 30 mm for renovations – offer flexible installation options. The factory-fitted sealing fleece facilitates installation and ensures a permanently reliable seal. The clear separation of trades enables efficient cooperation between the sanitary installer and the tiler.
