Saving space ... the car-parking system goes up at Middle East Hospital.

SAACH International Trading, a subsidiary of Bahrain-based Al Namal Group, has made its mark in the country’s electromechanical and plumbing sectors.

The company was at the Arabian MEP Exhibition 2012 held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre last month  to showcase the diversity of products and services it offers to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing sector.

Established in 2001 to focus on trading activities, Saach offers a wide product range, which includes air-conditioners, elevators, a full range of building materials including cable and wires, cable management systems, residential and commercial lighting, low-voltage switchgear components, various sanitary fittings, heavy machineries, swimming pools equipment, flooring and carpets and automatic car parking systems.

The company has successfully executed a number of projects in Bahrain including Riffa Mall, A’Ali Mall, Al Bayan Tower, Burj Omran, Skyview Towers, Ramli Mall and Hidd Mall.

Saach has a portfolio of agencies for major international companies that it continues to expand. Amongst the global brands it promotes are Sanei Elevators, which among the fastest growing elevator brands in Bahrain.

The elevatorts are manufactured by Shanghai Sanei Elevator Company, a Sino-Japanese joint venture which produces a comprehensive range of elevator products including high-speed elevators and panoramic and home lifts, escalators and moving walks. Saach has completed more than 100 installation jobs in Bahrain within the past two years.

It also represents Koyo Elevator Company, a specialist in elevators, escalators, passenger conveyor and car-parking systems. “We have supplied and installed Koyo products at several projects like Emax mall and several high-rise buildings in Bahrain,” says Mansoor.

Saach is also introducing multi-level car-parking systems to the country. Produced by Shenzhen Weichuang Auto-mation Equipment Company the systems save space, are cost-effective and are widely used  all over the world, says Mansoor.
“They offer maximum parking space in a small area – up to eight vehicles in the space for only two,” he says, adding that they have multiple safety equipment to guarantee safety. The system is being implemented at Middle East Hospital, which is nearing completion.

In the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning sector, the company represents Zamil Cooline, the largest manufacturer of all types of air-conditioners in the Middle East.

The products are designed especially for the climatic conditions of the Middle East and Saach has supplied and installed several hundred air-conditioners in Bahrain including chillers, chilled water fan coil units, ducted splits, package units, and air-handling units (AHUs).

In the field of cable management systems, Saach has a number of local and international specialists on its list including Ducab, Adcable, Middle East Specialised Cables (MESC), Decoduct, Plastic Pipes and Fittings Factory, Cosmoplast, Maruichi Steel Tube, Clipsal and OBO Bettermann.

Ducab is a leading manufacturer of power cables and building wires in the UAE, manufacturing low-voltage cables (699 to 1,000 V) and medium-voltage cables (11 kV) to IEC standards.

Adcable is a UAE specialist in power cables and building wires that manufactures low-voltage cables (600 to 1,000 V) to relevant BS standards. 

MESC is a Saudi-based manufacturing specialising in telecommunications cables, instrumentation cables and structured cabling systems.

Decoduct, Plastic Pipes and Fittings Factory and Cosmoplast are leading manufacturers of PVC cable management systems.

Maruichi Steel Tube is a Japanese manufacturer of electrical resistance welded (ERW) conduits that are manufactured to Class Four and hot dipped galvanised to BS 729.

Clipsal and OBO Bettermann offer galvanised modular flush floor, raised floor and underfloor trunking systems.
