REAL ESTATE developer Damac Properties has reached the first podium of construction at its serviced apartment development, the Burjside Boulevard.

With an exclusive address directly opposite the Dubai Mall, Burjside Boulevard will offer guests and residents breathtaking views of the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa.

The tower  is Damac Properties’ first serviced apartment project, and will be managed as per five-star international standards, whether guests have made it their home, or whether they’re seeking a home away from home.

Designed by award-winning German architects Koschany & Zimmer, the tower will have 49 floors with an entire floor dedicated to leisure. The temperature-controlled swimming pool will be the centrepiece of the leisure deck, with a fine cuisine restaurant and lounge overlooking the pool.

Enabling works were completed by Norwegian firm Stromek, with Sun Engineering as the main contractor for the project.

Burjside Boulevard bridges the divide between high-end residential apartments and luxury five-star hotels, said Niall McLoughlin, the senior vice president of Damac Properties.
