ABU DHABI developer Capitala said the five towers of Rihan Heights, part of the first phase of its flagship development Arzanah, have reached their full height. The topping out (below) of Rihan Heights is a major milestone in the completion of Abu Dhabi’s newest community, on schedule to be delivered next year.
Rihan Heights is situated on the northeastern corner of Arzanah on 38,000 sq m of prime land and includes five luxurious residential towers with 854 apartments and 14 villas on the site’s perimeter. Arzanah is a 1.4-million-sq-m mixed-use development offering residential, leisure and retail environments and located in the Grand Mosque district of Abu Dhabi.
