Victory Heights ... luxury development.

Deliveries of the first villas at Victory Heights in Dubai Sports City (DSC) has commenced.

The luxury development consists of a community of 964 townhouses and villas over an area of 25 million sq ft.
Victory Heights’ centrepiece The Els Club – a championship golf course designed by South Africa’s Ernie Els – was opened last April, and DSC president Khalid Al Zarooni, believes that progress made in delivering the first of the Victory Heights properties is a key moment in the unfolding story of the master development which was launched in 2004.
DSC includes a comprehensive range of facilities including retail shops, offices, hotels, schools, a medical centre, community centres, and a country club.
The development is built around four key sports facilities: a 60,000-capacity outdoor stadium; a 10,000-seat multi-purpose indoor arena; a 25,000-capacity cricket stadium; and a 5,000-seat field hockey stadium.
