A major tower complex at Dubai’s Business Bay is gearing up to be commissioned, while another tower is fast nearing completion, according to Dubai Properties, the master developer behind the Dh110 billion ($27.2 billion) project.

The Dh3-billion ($816 million) Executive Towers complex is currently 92 per cent complete with work proceeding on all 11 buildings of the project.
While 10 of them are residential, others include one office tower, 60 villas located at the plaza level, eight boutique office villas and a three-level podium that offers parking bays for 4,500 vehicles.
The structure of the Executive Towers is complete, with the facade nearing completion and commissioning is well under way.
Aspect Tower, a freehold boutique office tower located within the Executive Towers, is 92 per cent complete with an anticipated completion during the second quarter of this year. The 39-floor tower also has basement, ground, and mezzanine levels.
Meanwhile, the Dh1.2-billion ($326 million) Vision Tower at the entrance of Business Bay will release more than 500,000 sq ft of office space when all the 67 floors are handed over by the second quarter of 2009.
Construction is over 78 per cent complete and remaining work is progressing as scheduled.
