Enabling, piling and shoring work for Celestial Heights at Downtown Jebel Ali has been completed and the Dh1-billion ($272 million) development is now moving into the second phase of construction, according to its developer Cirrus Developments.
“The construction team has been working very hard to ensure we complete the first package on schedule,” says projects director Muwafaq Kharbat. “In doing so, we have in the first package used 5,700 cu m of concrete, 715 tonnes of reinforced steel and excavated 93,000 cu m.”
Celestial Heights offers residential, commercial and retail units, and will be made up of three towers: Capella, Orion and Polaris.
