UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that work is moving at a steady pace on its key residential development, Berton, located in the heart of Dubai’s emerging growth corridor, Al Furjan, with 65 per cent of the project already completed.
In line with its commitment to timely delivery, Azizi said it aims to complete the 245-unit development, which comprises 190 studio units, 41 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments as well 16 luxurious penthouses, by the end of 2021.
Currently, Berton’s structure is 100% complete, while the blockwork and internal plastering are at 98 and 91 per cent respectively. Elevator works are now 95% complete, said the developer in a statement.
Azizi has also recorded a 27 per cent completion of the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), with façade works and tiling both having reached 67 and 65 per cent respectively. Overall finishes now stand at 50%, it added.
Chief Development Officer Mohamed Ragheb Hussein said: "With an exceptional contractor and a multitude of other diligent parties that have come together to build these world-class residences within a set time frame and at outstanding quality standards, Berton is quickly coming to life."
Berton brings together masterful craftsmanship and interior artistry with gracefully furnished homes that come with high-end parquet flooring, state-of-the-art décor, and generous space, he noted.
The property offers customers the opportunity to live in one of the most up-and-coming locations in the emirate. Situated near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the new Expo 2020 Route metro line, Berton is remarkably well-connected to the entirety of Dubai’s major points of interest.
With its ease of access to the vibrant Expo 2020 site as well as the Al Maktoum International Airport, the development is at the very forefront of global interconnections, stated Hussein.
"This project reflects our philosophy of urbanism, with it being an unparalleled gateway to a well-connected, distinguished lifestyle that promotes convenience, human comfort and health. We now look forward to handing over the keys to hundreds of happy families who will call this their home, later this year," he added.
