Skaff, a leading Lebanese retailer and supplier of high-quality furnishing fabrics and furniture, will be making its maiden appearance at the gulfBID this month to promote itself as a one-stop shop for exclusive interior furnishings to the architects, contractors, interior designers and exclusive clients in the region.

With sales figures growing rapidly and having opened new showrooms around the world, the company is hoping that this trade show will provide the perfect launchpad to popularise its products to the thousands of visitors expected at the event.
“We will be promoting our new Skaff collection along with our existing range of fabrics and fabric catalogues at our debut at the gulfBID,” says G P Skaff, managing director of the company.
“There have been some significant developments at our company recently as we have introduced a wide collection of fabrics incorporating new styles and designs as well as a range of environmentally-friendly fabrics. We have also expanded our designer furnishing section with international brand names. We have plans to further expand our business and increase our fabric collection,” he says. “Skaff has been witnessing growth year on year. As part of our expansion strategy, we have recently opened new showrooms in downtown Lebanon as well as in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and intend to launch similar facilities in Bahrain, Egypt and in Europe, among other places. We also have two galleries of furniture at our headquarters at Mkalles in Beirut.”

The Skaff group of companies was granted the ISO 9002 certification in 2000 in recognition of its quality management standards and is currently staffed with around 80 employees. Its product portfolio comprises fabrics, blinds, draperies, floor coverings and a wide range of furniture and accessories for contemporary interiors.
“We have a contract department which works on various projects and can also provide clients with custom-designed fabrics and carpets when required. Our furnishing designer department includes leading global brand names such as Fabricut, Vescom, Omexco, Eijffinger, Designers Guild, Ralph Lauren, Duralee, Kandola, Romo, Villa Nova and Kirkby House among others,” says Skaff.
Thanks to its quality products and its extensive efforts to market its services, Skaff products have been used on a wide variety of projects in the region.
