Italy-based Meccanica Breganzese (MB), a well-renowned manufacturer of jaw-action bucket crushers, has developed a new bucket crusher that is suited to a wide range of excavators weighing eight tonnes.
This one-of-a-kind patented product offering helps to increase the performance level of workers with its versatility and simplicity of use, increasing productivity while making it less labour intensive.
“Our new generation of bucket crusher models of BF 60.1, BF 70.2, BF 90.3 and BF 120.4 can work with a wide range of excavators weighing eight tonnes and above, while offering a number of advantages and possible work applications on sites,” says a spokesman for the company.
“They are able to recycle by crushing material on site itself and reusing it; reduce the need for multiple mechanical tools; eliminate rental and the problem of disposing waste in landfills; reduce transport and overhead costs, while directly producing the material to the desired dimensions,” he adds.
MB’s portfolio of bucket crushers includes the following models that can carry out a number of work applications in a broad range of industry fields:
Model BF 60.1, suitable for excavators ranging between eight to 14 tonnes, weighing 1,500 kg with a 0.50 cu m capacity and able to crush material from 20 to 100 mm;
Model BF 70.2, suitable for excavators that range from 14 to 20 tonnes, measuring 2,080 mm in length, 1,080 mm width, 1,250 mm height with a capacity of 0.60 cu m and 2,250 kg in weight;
Model BF 90.3, suitable for excavators that range from 20 to 28 tonnes with the dimensions of 2,450 mm by 1,350 mm by 1,450 mm height with a capacity of 0.75 cu m and weighing 3,500 kg;
Model BF 120.4, one of the largest in the range for excavators of 28 tonnes and above, with dimensions of 2,450 mm in length, 1,650 mm width, 450 mm height with a capacity of 100 cu m and a weight of 4,900 kg.
The bucket crusher has been developed based on MB’s extensive know-how in the engineering sector and its goals of focusing on product specialisation and the needs of the end user; manufacturing entirely inhouse; and investing in solid research and development.
Headquartered in Breganze in Italy, MB offers solutions to meet the requirements of works in various fields including road and building construction, demolition, excavation, quarries and mines, reclamations and rock crushing and other applications.
