The Saaden Suites will be housed in a 10 storey structure and will comprise 50 suites and comprehensive facilities.
The group’s affiliate in the Saudi market, Gulf Co-operation Symbols Contracting Company (GCS), has already established a firm foothold in the kingdom’s market and is now on an expansion drive, says a company spokesman.
As part of its expansion plans, it is also extending one of its landmark projects, the Sadeen Amman Hotel and Suites, in Jordan with a further 100 hotel rooms, conference halls and an extension of the health club. The expansion calls for the construction of an additional 12 storey, with a total built-up area of about 5,500 sq m.

“This has been followed by two contracts with Tecnicas Reunidas Gulf for the construction and maintenance of temporary camp facilities and services at Hawiyah gas plant expansion, also for Saudi Aramco.
