Sadad Homes Real Estate One Company has appointed Atkins as the project manager on its newly-announced housing project in Sadad in Bahrain, which was launched by ProCapital Associates.

The project comes in direct response to rising demand for high quality housing developments that cater to middle income families.
“The appointment of Atkins ensures that the project receives high quality advice, in accordance with international best practices. This new development aims to address the current shortfall in the housing market by alleviating the demand for affordable homes catering to the needs of mid-income Bahraini families. The homes will be of high quality, with a long life-span, and affordable to the average family,” says Arif Rahimi, director, Sadad Homes Real Estate One Company.
The government has already approved the project and the design process is currently in its final stages. Construction is expected to start in early 2007. Sadad Homes will be the first in a series of similar developments planned by the same developers and has already secured the commitment from investors for this housing project.
