

Finishing touches are being given to the super-luxurious Jeddah Palace, which once complete by the end of this year will be the first seven-star luxurious property of its kind in Saudi Arabia.
The innovative property aims to cater to high-level dignitaries and VIPs with its 12 Royal suites, eight executive suites, 16 executive rooms, as well as unique facilities and privacy. It will also feature four private meeting or dining rooms together with a luxurious spa on the rooftop.
Each royal suite covers a full floor with two master bedrooms, a large majlis, a large dining room, a private health club, sauna, Jacuzzi, kitchen and a maid room.
All royal suites have the option of being inter-connected to executive rooms and executive suites giving guests the possibility of occupying a full floor.
All suites and rooms will be equipped with the latest technology for audio-visual equipment, WiFi internet access, automated controls of lighting, curtains and temperature control.
Located adjacent to, and at a walking distance from the present luxurious Jeddah Hilton Hotel which opened in June 2001, Jeddah Palace is expected to open to the public by January 2005 and will provide unique services in a product of optimum luxury and exclusivity.
The triangular Jeddah Palace is covered with granite from the outside and oriental architectural design drapes the inside for over 10 floors. It faces the Red Sea on the main corniche, 20 minutes away from downtown and 10 minutes away from King Abdul Aziz International Airport of Jeddah.
The Palace will offer two unique restaurants. The famous BICE Italian restaurant in a Versace design and a luxurious Maamounia Moroccan restaurant in addition to an exclusive lobby lounge café in the main lobby.
