Years of experience in the industry, knowledge of the market and the extensive range of design possibilities offered, have been combined by the Eastern Class Carpet Manufacturing Company to ensure that it is a success story in the industry.

The firm is better known as Class Design Carpet (CDC) and works on a philosophy of combining functional and beautiful solutions to meet design requirements, says a spokesman for the Riyadh-based company.
"CDC manufactures the finest custom hand-tufted and custom machine-tufted carpets and our strategic position enable us to serve the entire kingdom and our Gulf neighbouring countries and Europe," he says.
Within three years of its inception, the company has manufactured and supplied carpets for some of the Royal palaces in Jeddah, Riyadh and the Eastern Province as well as  hotel projects such as the Intercontinental, Riyadh and high-profile clients abroad.
One of the major projects it is currently handling is the prestigious Official Reception Building in Riyadh, where it is close to completing the installation of carpeting for the celebration hall, says the spokesman.
The company has a monthly production capacity of 1,500 sq m of hand-tufted carpets and 5,000 sq m of pass machine tufted carpets.
Since its formation in 2001, CDC has  designed, manufactured and installed hand-tufted carpets at several projects across the kingdom from Dammam, to Riyadh to Jeddah.  CDC has supplied carpets for major palaces in sizes ranging from 6,400 sq m to 25 sq m and has also manufactured carpets for prestigious clients in Dubai, Morroco, Portugal and Qatar.
CDC has also undertaken work for the VIP Ministry Offices, Riyadh; Saudi consulates in Dubai and Portugal; and VIP villas and residences in Riyadh.
