Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah has unveiled two ultra-luxury accommodations – the Mayfair and Paris Apartments – positioned as the largest and highest residences within Enclave, the resort’s boutique hotel concept.
Located on the uppermost floors of the 70-storey Resort Tower, each apartment spans 1,460 sq m and offers panoramic views of the Hajar Mountains and Arabian Gulf.
The residences are designed around privacy, personalised service and bespoke interiors, with seven bedrooms, multiple entertaining areas, private bars and dedicated in-apartment services.
The apartments were created through a collaboration between Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development, and London-based Anouska Hempel Design and Paris studio Pinto.
The Paris Apartment, designed by Pinto, draws inspiration from the home of a 21st-century collector and global traveller. The two-storey residence combines bespoke furnishings, curated artworks and objects sourced from around the world.
Grand columns, glass surfaces, hand-painted murals and artisan lighting create a distinctive interpretation of contemporary Arabic hospitality.
The Mayfair Apartment, designed by Anouska Hempel Design, takes inspiration from London’s grand private residences.
Classical planning, rich materials and detailed craftsmanship are combined with jewel-toned green interiors, green marble, lacquered panelling and gilded accents.
