UAE-based Fakhruddin Properties has announced the launch of its premier mixed-use development – Tréppan Vision – in Dubai, being set up at an investment of AED700 million ($191 million).
Located in Dubai Land Residence Complex, Tréppan Vision will comprise 463 units across three asset classes: 408 residential apartments, 48 office suites and seven retail units. The residential mix will include 252 smart studios, 108 one-bed and 48 two-bedroom residences.
The project was unveiled at IPS 2026, a key event that places robotics, artificial intelligence, wellness and sustainability at the centre of everyday life.
Rather than limiting technology to smart-home controls inside individual residences, Tréppan Vision extends intelligence across the wider development through an integrated ecosystem of specialised robots and connected services designed to assist residents throughout their day, said the developer.
From reception and household assistance to security, cleaning, coffee preparation, healthcare support, and delivery, eight specialised robotic services will perform distinct roles across the development, with dedicated robots operating on every floor, it added.
