Phase Two of Radisson Residences Al Reem Island will feature 437 branded homes.

Royal Development Holding, a boutique real estate developer and a unit of Emirates Stallions Group (ESG), has launched the Phase Two of Radisson Residences Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, featuring 437 furnished branded homes – including studios and one-bed apartments, alongside a select number of two-bed townhouses.

Following the strong response to Phase One, the ESG unit kicked off the second phase – a part of the AED1.45 billion ($395 million) development – thus introducing a focused branded residential mix tailored to the investor market in the UAE and internationally.

The furnished residences are intended to be rental-ready upon handover, offering buyers a straightforward investment proposition within the branded residences market, said the developer.

For Phase Two, Royal Development said it will retain the design theme, branded-residence benefits, and lifestyle offering established across Radisson Residences Al Reem Island.

Panoramic glazing and private terraces frame views across the water and the surrounding greenery, while warm timber, soft coastal tones, and textured finishes define the interiors, it stated.

Residents will also have access to the wider development’s lifestyle offering, including waterfront trails, landscaped courtyards, fitness and wellness spaces, it added.
