Leading luxury hospitality company Four Seasons has announced that steady progress is being made on its one-of-a-kind waterfront property – Four Seasons Private Residences Bahrain Bay – coming up in the kingdom with 50 per cent of the construction work already completed.
Offering a new standard of luxury waterfront living, Four Seasons Private Residences Bahrain Bay will boast a collection of 112 bespoke homes in the heart of Bahrain Bay. It is being built in co-ordination with Bahrain-based Bayside Developments.
Four Seasons said both towers are now structurally complete and work on the project is on track for completion on schedule.
The residents will enjoy access to the neighbouring Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay as a remarkable extension of their homes, multiple restaurants, and a pristine beach.
The premum property will include manicured gardens; a sunlit infinity edge pool with spectacular views from a landscaped terrace; a well-equipped gym; an intimate resident’s lounge; and a private cinema featuring state-of-the-art audio-visual technology and plush velvet seating.
“Set on a private enclave overlooking Bahrain Bay, every detail of the upcoming private residences has been carefully considered to create an oasis of 98 luxurious apartments, eight duplexes and six penthouses,” said Bayside Developments Sales Director Yusuf Haji.
“With architecture by Gensler and interior design by Rive Gauche, each home will overlook Bahrain Bay, the iconic Bahrain World Trade Centre, the Manama skyline or the sea. Homes will feature striking marble finishes throughout and designer show kitchens with a combined living area for an effortless space to relax and entertain in style,” he explained.
The architect and engineer on the project is MSCEB while the client’s representative is Bareeq.
