Arthur & Hardman has launched Milano by Giovanni Boutique Suites, a premium Italian style luxury tower in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle, at an estimated investment of Dh125 million ($34 million).

Prices start from Dh499,000 ($135,831) for a studio and go up to Dh1.3 million ($353,868) for a two-bed hotel apartment. The tower is part of a development of three types of boutique suites, named after the Italian cities of Milan, Rome and Naples, and is expected to be handed over in June 2018.

The 18-floor tower features facilities for luxury retail, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, and will offer a lifestyle featuring collaborations with international hotel management companies. The property also features a spa, cafe, 24-hour concierge, gym, retail and four floors of parking.

“Naples by Giovanni Boutique Suites in Jumeirah Village Circle will be the next project, which is again going to be a fantastic bespoke style hotel apartment property and we have plans to launch a further 10 projects in the next 24 months,” said a spokesman for Arthur Hardman, the development arm of global business conglomerate Reign Holdings.

He added that Reign Holdings has a land bank worth $150 million in Dubai.
