GHESA, a multinational engineering company, has won a project to design and install water features for a historical site in Sharjah, as part of a renovation plan.
Steeped in history, Rolla Park is home to the Rolla tree planted in the 1880s, which has been a venue to celebrate festivals and special occasions.
Ghesa, one of the world’s leading organisations in the turnkey design, project and installation of ornamental and cybernetic musical water features and multimedia shows, has been awarded the project due to its ability to create both innovative designs while preserving the emirate’s heritage and Islamic architectural style, said a company spokesman.
Ghesa has drawn up designs for five water features that will complement the aesthetic and traditional set-up of the park, said the spokesman.
