ITALIAN fashion house Fendi will provide the interior designs for two of Damac Properties’ major projects in Saudi Arabia and UAE, under a new partnership agreement.

The projects that will be furnished with distinctive Fendi Casa collection are Damac Esclusiva luxury serviced apartments, a 150-m high-tower overlooking the Kingdom Tower in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, comprising 100 luxury serviced apartments; and Damac Residenze in the Dubai Marina comprising exclusive private apartments.

Damac Esclusiva luxury serviced apartments is a contemporary Fendi space inspired by Oriental tradition. The project will be managed by Damac’s own hospitality division, a five-star hotel and personal service management company.

Both Damac Esclusiva luxury serviced apartments and Damac Residenze will include the highest standards of finishing and decor and will feature spas and swimming pools, gymnasiums, restaurants and cafes.

The state-of-the-art projects are expected to be completed in 2016.
