The Souq Delmon project ... merging tradition with technology.

DELMON Gate, a specialist in real estate, is enthusiastic about participating at the Gulf Property Show 2014, which will present it with an opportunity to launch its latest project, the Souq Delmon.

A buyer, seller, leaser and dealer of real estate, Delmon Gate expects construction work on the project to be completed in June 2015.

Elaborating on the project, a spokeswoman for the company says: “It is a market that combines traditional architecture with modern-day technology. Souq Delmon will be a key development that we intend to promote in the 2014 show.”

The project is being built by Al Hallaq Construction at a cost of about BD1.5 million ($3.968 million). The complex will have 80 outlets and will offer a built-up area of 3,912 sq m.

Following the completion of Souq Delmon, the company intends to shift its main office to the complex.

Delmon Gate was established in 2012 in Jidhafs and is engaged in buying and selling of property for the establishment and management of commercial and industrial centres and residential buildings; property evaluation; building and managing shopping mall segmentation; property management, development and maintenance for companies; property leasing; cleaning (grade three); and providing property development data and studies.

Commenting on last year’s show, the spokeswoman says: “The show was perfect. It was carefully structured and well organised. The response to our stand was excellent and above our expectations. We highly benefited from the show and gained a lot of customers, which has encouraged us to come back again this year.”

She says the company’s participation at the Gulf Property last year help it secure a number of deals at the show.

The spokeswoman says the company has in the recent past expanded its capabilities and introduced new techniques.
