City Home ... helping build kitchens.

HOLLOWING a tie-up with a leading Italian kitchen manufacturer, Bahrain-based City Home Investment Company will be promoting a new aspect of its services – designing and fitting out bespoke kitchens for clients across the country – when it exhibits at gulfInteriors next month.

Established in 2009 as a division of the National Group of Companies by chairman Faisal Al Majed in Bahrain, City Home’s core activities include real estate investments, buying and selling of properties and furniture retail.

The company has recently started focusing on its trading business by signing up various dealership agreements to support its property development activities for ongoing and future planned projects. In line with this strategy, City Home has tied up with Italian modular kitchen producer Lube group which has led to the establishment of Cucine Lube Bahrain.

“We opened our first studio in the Nuwaidrat area,” says Sinu Sarasan, the company’s manager. “Spread across 200 sq m, the studio offers access to more than six model kitchens. At the orientation centre, customers are given live demonstrations of the products covering all aspects, be it finishing, materials, hardware, colours and internal features.”

Sarasan says that by using the 3CAD Italian designing software, customers are provided three-dimensional realistic views of their kitchens.

The company’s operations are enhanced by highly qualified and experienced professionals, who lend their individual and collective skills and talent to fulfil the company’s objectives – to excel and maintain a competitive edge in each line of its business.

“As the product needs greater involvement from the customer, we have a qualified design team at our Cucine Lube store which works closely to understand customer needs and put them down on paper. We maximise on every centimetre of space, which adds to the list of unique selling points (USPs) Lube has to offer.”

The Cucine Lube studio also offers a comprehensive choice of materials, styles, designs, accessories, and combinations, which helps in ensuring every kitchen is one of its kind.

Lube has more than 150 models to offer with more than 200 colour options as well as over 250 handle designs with more than 1,000 combination options. “The in-house visionary designing and operations team at all our studios help turn clients’ dreams into reality,” he adds.

Speaking of the benefits of Lube, Sarasan says: “Lube can help you create your ideal kitchen. Our sales and designers are professionals, capable of handling each and every design project with a great deal of creativity, offering solutions that are tailor-made to meet client requirements and the available space. This could mean modifying your kitchen or simply choosing the right accessory; in any case, flexibility is what we excel in.”

Turning to its real estate business, he says City Home has a number of ongoing projects including a six-villa compound at Sanad; and a four-storey building with eight apartments for sale at Saar.

On the drawing boards, meanwhile, is a project at Sanad involving three attached villas (design work started); 22 villas for sale (preliminary study and design discussions started); and a five-storey building at Amwaj Island (preliminary study and design discussions started).

City Home Investment will be exhibiting at Stand 2B10 at the event.
