Leading real estate project developer Diyar Al Muharraq has signed a strategic agreement with Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain (KFH) to offer financing options to prospective buyers of residential plots at the Al Nuzha development located in the Northern Islands within its mega integrated city in the kingdom.
The deal was inked during the Innovation Summit in the Social Housing Sector 2026 being organised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development in capital Manama.
Strategically located, Al Nuzha offers serviced residential plots ranging from about 240 to 371 sq m, with prices starting at BD77,662. The development allows buyers to build homes according to their individual requirements.
It provides convenient access to some of Diyar Al Muharraq’s key retail and lifestyle destinations, including Marassi Galleria, Souq Al Baraha and Dragon City Bahrain as well as educational institutions, healthcare services, and recreational facilities.
The project is just 10 minutes drive from Bahrain International Airport, further enhancing its appeal as a well-situated residential destination.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mohamed Zakout, Deputy CEO – Retail Banking at KFH – Bahrain, and Eng. Ahmed Ali Alammadi, CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq, alongside representatives from both organisations.
Under the agreement, KFH – Bahrain will deliver financing solutions for customers seeking residential plots at Al Nuzha, allowing them to benefit from Diyar Al Muharraq’s exclusive offers on the project.
The collaboration underscores a shared commitment to supporting greater access to homeownership in Bahrain, thereby meeting family needs, and supporting the Kingdom’s wider socioeconomic development, it added.

Similar home finance agreements were sealed with Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) and Khaleeji Bank on the sidelines of the Innovation Summit.
Under the agreement, BBK too will help facilitate homeownership opportunities within Diyar Al Muharraq’s Al Nuzha residential project through exclusive purchasing benefits for the bank's customers.
