Dubai-based developer Dugasta Properties has announced the launch of two residential projects at the International Property Show 2026, targeting growing demand for larger homes among middle-income buyers.

The projects - Al Haseen 6 in Dubai Industrial City and Garden Living in Liwan - will add 456 residential units to Dubai’s mid-market housing supply, the developer said on Tuesday.

Al Haseen 6 will comprise 287 units and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028, while Garden Living will have 169 units and is tentatively due for completion by the end of 2026.

Through this launch, Dugasta Properties continues to expand its residential portfolio in Dubai, with a focus on well-designed homes, practical amenities, and accessible price points for mid-market buyers

Dugasta pointed out that the demand for one-bedroom and larger homes had increased, alongside a rise in average property investment sizes over the past six months, indicating stronger investor appetite for Dubai real estate.

India accounts for about 30% of buyer interest in Dugasta’s projects, followed by buyers from Britain, Pakistan and the UAE, the developer said.

"The property sector has shown us that true value is built on trust and security. The positive response we received at the event reflects what buyers are looking for from developers today," said Tauseef Khan, the Founder and Chairman of Dugasta Properties.

"Buyers are looking for comfortable and practical homes, better amenities and payment structures that makes ownership manageable over long term," he stated during the unveiling ceremony which was also attended by Indian film actor Sonu Sood and other senior company officials.

"The work Dugasta is doing reflects an understanding of what families are looking for when making one of the most important decisions of their lives," stated Sood.

"Being part of the unveiling was a great experience, and the response from visitors was encouraging. The number of buyers who came to explore the new offerings showed the level of interest in homes that combine quality, comfort, and financial security," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
