UAE-based Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, continues to accelerate its delivery momentum across its wider portfolio. The developer has handed over seven projects during 2026 to date and aims to hand over an additional 10 projects between now and December 2026. Azizi currently has more than 150,000 units under construction at various stages, reflecting the scale and pace of its ongoing development pipeline.

Azizi Venice is a Venice inspired waterfront community in Dubai South, built around an 18-km-long swimmable lagoon and anchored by a 700-m retail boulevard. 

Positioned close to Al Maktoum International Airport, the community brings together residential, retail and leisure destinations, with construction continuing across its phases ahead of handovers scheduled through 2026 and into 2027.
