UAE-based Reportage Properties has launched its new project 'Bianca' featuring more than 600 townhouses with a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom units in Dubai.

Spread over a 112,000 sq m area in Dubai, Bianca will boast 507 two-bedroom units, 56 three-beds and 90 four-bed units in addition to key amenities such as schools, swimming pools, a gym, private parking for each unit as well as plenty of green space.

These residential units will also have unique specifications, including private balconies depending on the unit scheme, bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a laundry room and a maid’s room in some townhouses.

The four-bedroom townhouse will each have an internal elevator, private parking and entrance and kitchen cabinets, it stated.

CEO Islam Ahmed Suleiman said the group will continue to launch new projects that meet the requirements of various segments of buyers, especially with the company's success in achieving strong sales in all of the recently launched projects.

He pointed out that there was an overwhelming response from the investors for the project with 368 townhouses getting sold within a week.

Suleiman said the main reason for this demand was its strategic location and its proximity to many facilities and distinct areas in Dubai, such as the "Mall of the Emirates" and the "Global Village".

Also it will have schools, mosques, shops, shaded seating areas as well as barbecue areas and tennis courts, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
