Berton's structure is currently 100% complete

Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, has announced completing 80% of Berton, and plans to hand over the exquisite 245-unit building located in Al Furjan by Q4 2021.

Berton's structure is currently 100% complete, with the blockwork and internal plastering at 99%, respectively. Azizi Developments has also reported a 47% completion rate for the second mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work with façade and titling completion rates of 78% and 75%, respectively. The elevator works stand at 96% completion while the finishes and exterior works are also being completed quickly.
