The newly-formed Mammut Construction Group (MCG) will work on energy conservation strategies that will help it minimise the impact that its activities will have on the environment, says a company spokesman.

MCG specialises in general contracting, construction management, design/build services and accelerated construction methods for commercial and residential projects.
“One of the main areas of focus is the environment,” says Siamak Motemavelian, Mammut Group’s marketing manager. “Our processes stress on energy conservation. We are very particular about the products that we use in order to be in harmony with the environment.”
“Banking on our expertise and extensive research, we have managed to integrate the different Mammut Group companies to fall under the newly-formed MCG,” says Motemavelian. “Our experience over the years in manufacturing trailers, pre-engineered steel buildings and precast concrete panels has helped us understand the construction sector in Dubai and the region better. A decade of strong, customer-focused approach and continuous quest for world-class quality have enabled us to be the leaders in our areas of business.”
Having a wide and diverse marketing and distribution network, MCG has taken on numerous projects for private and government clients that specialise in infrastructural development of Dubai. For instance, one of its group companies, Mammut Building Systems is involved in the JT Metro Project, while Mammut Contracting Company and Mammut Boegl are involved in the Dubai Waterfront and Dewa (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) water reservoir project respectively. “Slowly but steadily MCG is making a difference in Dubai,” says Motemavelian.
“At the same time, Mammut Industries, one of the first companies of the Mammut group, is expanding its line of operations and production to other countries as well. “We are expanding our range of products by introducing new trailers,” he adds.
From a single company to a group of companies, Mammut has come a long way. “By catering to our employee needs, we have gained the support and confidence our staff through these years,” Motemavelian concluded.
