The Esplanade ... luxury living.
Al Habtoor Leighton Group has been awarded a Dh1.55 billion ($421.9 million) contract for the construction of Esplanade, a major mixed-use development in Dubai for Muzoon Holdings.
Construction on the project was set to commence last month (June) and will be completed by June 2011.
The project, located in Al Barsha opposite the renowned Mall of the Emirates, was clinched by the Dubai division of Al Habtoor Engineering.
Esplanade will comprise five residential towers, two five-star hotels, one commercial tower, one tower featuring a health club and spa, a car-park and podium for retail and offices, and water features and landscaping.
