DEC Towers ... on schedule.

Dheeraj & East Coast (DEC), the joint venture between India’s Dheeraj Group and the UAE’s East Coast Group, has announced the completion of 50 per cent of all development work on its flagship project ‘DEC Towers’, a semi-mixed-use real estate project in Dubai Marina.

Construction work on the DEC Towers, which is the first of 17 projects that DEC has already committed to in Dubai, is progressing as per schedule with slabs having been cast up to the 4a area of the Podium Pour, level 10 of Tower 2 and Level 7 of Tower 1.
The substructure and superstructure works of the DEC Towers was awarded to Strabag Dubai, while the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works has been awarded to Enasco Mechanical Contracting.
DEC Towers is composed of 506 residential units, around 2,900 sq m of retail area, in addition to supporting services and facilities. The residential units comprise of 151 studios, 173 one bedroom, 174 two bedroom flats and eight penthouses.
The project will overlook the marina and will comprise a 25 and 21-storey two-tower residential component and an L-shaped three-storey complex in front of it with retail space on the ground floor.
