
Dubai Municipality has completed final designs of five different projects across the emirate that would offer a variety of services to the residents.
Works on the projects, costing Dh203.86 million ($55.48 million), would begin by early next year.
Qassim Sultan, director general of Dubai Municipality, said the projects include a Dh10 million scheme to carry out landscaping of Al Mamzar Interchange and the adjoining streets, a Dh150 million annex building for Dubai Municipality, a Dh10 million public library complex at Al Mankhool, the Dh9.18 million headquarters for Al Nahda Women’s Association in Hatta, and a Dh8 million Ladies Club for Dubai Municipality’s female staff.
