Rebuilding Iraq meet this month
Washington DC: US-based New Fields Exhibitions will hold the Fourth Rebuilding Iraq Conference in Washington DC this month (July 20 to 21).

The conference is the latest installment in a series of events that brought together Iraqi government ministers, US government decision-makers, prime contractors, Iraqi entrepreneurs, and hundreds of American business leaders together in 2003 and 2004 to network and devise solutions for the reconstruction and modernisation of Iraq and will include topics on security, contracting and subcontracting opportunities, working with the Iraqi government and the Iraqi business community, industry-specific breakout sessions, and much more.

Measurement show planned
Manama: Middle East Measurement, Instrumentation and Laboratory Equipment 2006 will be held in conjunction with the Third Middle East Metrology Conference and Exhibition, under the patronage of Dr Hassan Abdulla Fakhro, Minister of Industry & Commerce at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre starting from May 29 to 31, 2006.
Organised by the Bahrain Convention and Exhibition Bureau, the expo will contribute to the achievement of the overall objective of enhancing the integration of the regional measurement and calibration standards in the kingdom and will be an international showcase for:
• Latest measurement technology and measurement products;
• Instrumentation methods and advances in the instrumentation field; and
• Laboratory equipment and modern lab technology.
The last metrology conference and exhibition, held in May 2004, was declared a great success and won international acclaim as one of the foremost events in the field of metrology, according to the organiser.  It attracted  a total of 70 exhibitors and almost 600 conference delegates from 28 countries around the world, according to the organiser.

Mostra launches new website
Milan: Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE), an  exhibition dedicated to comfort and living technology, has announced the launch of its new website www.mcexpocomfort.it. The event, organised by Fiera Milano International, will be held at the Fiera Milano New Exhibition Centre Rho-Pero in Milan, Italy from February 28 to March 4 2006.
Designed as an information, communication and marketing tool for exhibitors, visitors and journalists, the website boasts fully updated graphics and content, and represents MCE’s new approach to communication.
