Following a successful participation at the recently concluded Big 5 show, Natko – a supplier for air-conditioning systems from ACB (American Breeze) and stone finishes from Nippon Japan – is all geared up to enhance its market share in the region with its range of products and services.
Part of the parent Natko Group which has a range of business interests, Natko Middle East was set up in the UAE last year, and already has a string of highly prestigious projects to its credit.
“We are supplying to leading companies and projects in the UAE including Emaar’s Gold and Diamond Park, as well as being an approved supplier for Emirates airlines and Dubai Civil Aviation,” says Wahid Al Khawaji, group managing director.
“We are also involved in the first phase of the Dubai Healthcare City,” he adds.
Some of the landmark projects handled by the company include the Green Community and the Mirdiff Upton project for Union Properties.
“We are highly aggressive in the market with our quality products and are looking at extending our dealer network to cover the entire Gulf,” says Al Khawaji.
Proof of this is that some 30,000 units from ACB have already been installed in some of the most prestigious projects in the UAE, adds Jalal Zaitouni, of Natko.
“We are working with the leading air-conditioning contractors in the UAE and are approved by more than 100 major consultants in the country,” he says.
Natko maintains a huge inventory of its product lines both in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Turning to Nippon Japan, the product has become synonymous for quality stone finishes in the market, says Al Khawaji.
“The material is highly durable and has been specified by all the major consultants and is the standard product that major clients such as Etisalat go for,” he points out.
The stone finish is currently being applied on some of the towers in the Dubai Marina and a number of high rises in Sharjah. Natko has just completed supply of the product to a 35-storey tower on Shaikh Zayed Road.
