Dubai-based Corrotech Construction Chemicals has signed a licensing and distribution agreement with Chryso, one of the world’s leading producers of concrete admixtures.
Corrotech is part of the MCT Group of Companies and operates in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The new agreement signed by managing director Marcel Jacquoletto of Chryso Group from France and MCT Group CEO Peter Gaskin will allow Corrotech to locally manufacture specific Chryso admixtures in Dubai.
“Chryso admixtures are internationally respected and applied globally to enhance the performance of concrete in both the building and civil engineering sectors. We believe that the Chryso range of admixtures will substantially add value for our customers in the Middle East,” a spokesman for the company stated.
Corrotech has established a new manufacturing plant that will include Chryso admixtures in its production range and will send its sales staff to Chryso, South Africa for intensive training. Chryso, on the other hand, will send one of its technical managers to Corrotech to provide technical support to customers and assist Corrotech’s sales staff.
The core business of Corrotech Construction Chemicals will be the manufacture of concrete admixtures, epoxy and polymer-based liquid products, as well as cementitious products, waterproofing, polyurethane coating and flooring systems.
