ATARA DEVELOPMENT, a UAE-based boutique developer, has announced the launch of Velora Residence, a boutique collection of 58 fully furnished homes on Dubai Islands.

Positioned between the waterfront and the boulevard, the development brings together the energy of the city and its island setting through clean architectural lines, light-filled interiors and natural materials, said a statement from the

developer.

Velora Residence boasts a combination of a waterfront setting and boulevard connectivity. Its one- and two-bedroom residences, ranging from 857 to 1,857 sq ft, and offer a considered mix of layouts designed for both individual and family living.

According to Atara, water, air, light and wood inspire its design approach, creating a connection between the built environment and nature while balancing personal wellbeing with the shared experiences of family life, it added.

The  Velora Residence brings a design-led perspective to waterfront living, with an emphasis on the relationship between architecture, the natural environment and the experience of home, it stated.

“We believe the next chapter of residential development will be defined not only by where people choose to live, but by how thoughtfully a home responds to the way they want to live,” remarked its COO Umid Bazarov.

At the heart of the development is “The Curated Pause”, a design concept built on four elements: water, air, light and wood.

Architecture and the natural setting are treated as part of the everyday living experience rather than as a backdrop. Rather than treating wellbeing as an additional feature, the philosophy places it within the fabric of everyday living, he stated.

“With Velora Residence, we chose a boutique scale deliberately. It allows for closer attention to detail, a stronger connection to the surrounding environment and a more personal residential experience,”

he added.
