ABU DHABI-based Ohana Development has announced the launch of the second phase of its Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana project, featuring two- and three-bedroom townhouses, duplex villas, and four- and five-bedroom villas.
Located along Yas Canal, the development spans 1.67 million sq m and will feature more than 2,000 residences.
At the heart of the landscape masterplan, the Manchester City Park and Manchester City Sports Clubhouse will anchor a connected network of nine neighbourhood parks. Shaded walkways, pedestrian-friendly streets and green corridors will link these spaces.
Planned family amenities include dedicated gathering areas, kids play spaces and barbecue stations.
A central lawn will provide space for informal recreation and relaxation, while a food hub, pavilion, event areas and an outdoor screen with stepped seating will support community gatherings.
Phase Two offers homes ranging in size from 1,938 to 4,887 sq ft. Two-bedroom townhouses have an average price of AED3.75 million ($1.01 million), providing a new option for buyers seeking a home within the community.
The world’s first Manchester City-branded residential community has already broken ground and is set for delivery by 2029.
Coinciding with the Phase Two launch, the Emirati developer has announced star footballer Erling Haaland as a homeowner at Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana. The launch event, held at Etihad Arena, was attended by Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, who was named the project’s official brand ambassador.
A key highlight was a video appearance by Haaland, who announced that he was excited to be joining the Ohana family as a proud homeowner with a five-bedroom villa for his family at Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana.
