A manufacturer of lighting fixtures and systems, the Madinah Lighting Factory (Madinah Light) has established a reputation for high-quality products in the four years since its birth.

Madinah Light, which was established in 1998 at Madinah in Saudi Arabia, supplies a wide range of innovative lighting products under the brand names Madinah Light, Itaki, Vega and Sinar.

The products, made at its 9,000 sq m factory and warehouse, are backed by an extensive marketing and distribution network both in the Kingdom and overseas including other GCC and Arab countries besides Africa. The factory, which includes steel forming, welding, painting, assembly and quality control sections, employs 55 people.

Madinah Light's product range comprises:

Madinah Light: Luminaries for recessed mounting, luminaries for surface

mounting, industrial luminaries, outdoor lighting, spotlights, downlight

luminaries, pending light, fluorescent ballast, and various lighting luminaries.

Itaki: Industrial lighting fixtures, ballast and starters.

Vega: Extension reels, sockets, plug and starter holders, FI-starters.

Sinar: Fluorescent starters, etc.

The products have been developed in close co-operation with partners in Europe, Japan and Taiwan, says the company.

Products are made under tight quality control with every single product

inspected before packaging and stamped with a quality assurance label which has a date and number to enable tracing the assembler's name, raw materials, suppliers etc, in the event of a defective piece being returned.
