The Jeddah-based New House, a leading maker of prefabricated buildings, offers lightweight, low-cost and quick-to-construct solutions for residential and industrial customers in Saudi Arabia.

The New House Raydan Factory for Prefabricated Houses backs up its range of products with 20 years of experience in the field.

Project manager Nizar Faytrouni says the company has an annual turnover of SR12 million ($3.2 million).

He says the company specialises in prefabricated structures for site facilities, offices, dormitories and compounds, recreation, kitchens, ablutions, residential housing and steel structural work and parking sheds.

New House undertakes residential and industrial projects on a turnkey basis for building of factories, design and construction, electrical and plumbing works, stainless steel tanks and air-conditioning piping works.

New House will be showing its range of products and services at the Saudi Building and Interiors Exhibition.
